This form will start you on converting a quotation that you received within the last thirty days to an order. As you went through the detailed quotation process, you may notice that a number is displayed starting with an "I". This was an "Inquiry Number" which goes away after a day or two. When you made your inquiry a quote, you were given a number that starts with a "Q". Enter that number and the quote will be displayed so you can make it an order. You will also need to use the same phone number to access the quote. If you have already made the quote an order, that order will be displayed instead of the quote.
